Reliable Hog
Did Yorkshire Reliability Ride yesterday, 78miles total at av speed 18.4mph, incl hillocks around Fountains Abbey and a drag up Norwood Edge to get home. Today, as Bear would say, I'm "feelin' it".

Lance v Fanylion
My good buddy Lance has just announced he's riding the Cape Argus in South Africa this year. I've been on at him for a while to take on a mighty Fany (Cheryl Crowe aside). Does that make me the first Fany to take him on in a race??

Men ride bikes !
Bear and I negotiated the treacherous frozen roads of Sussex for 87 chilly but sunsoaked miles on Saturday. Then we ate meat and drank beer. RADICAL!!!!

Wildbeartoe
The trails and bridleways were 6ft deep in snow! A tough 3.5 hrs to drag our bodies and bikes around in snowdrifts and cover a measly 14miles. Was worth it to see Bear do a huffing puffing dance with a frozen infected toenail though.

Yeah thats right, I might be the most southerly faction of Fanylion. But Im the hardest of the southern softies! My first ride of the year was 2hrs 30mins before work on Wed morning. And I only came off twice. My G/f brought me off the first time before I left and then I fell off 3/4 of the way round. Not a bad start to 2010. Ahem
