Weather conditions are now ideal for training for my forthcoming week in the Pyrenees. Trouble is, the Cat and Fiddle is now where near as tough as the Tourmalet will be. Bring it on!

Even if cars required running in (which Mr He quite rightly pointed out they don't), why on earth bother doing it to a company car - just rag it for three years then give it back.

Note to Bear
The practice of "running in cars" was banned in 1984. Your new engine will already have hundreds of miles on it before its even put in the car. Stop mincing aboot and put the pedal to the metal.

Techno logic
As a rule it's best to follow the crowd when running in a race and not make up your own much smaller circuit that cuts out about 5k of the 10k run.....eh Sam?

Holmfirth POOP
A small faction of the northern crew and a shaven legged roadie from steves crew hit the famous Holmfirth Loop on Monday, He Mag and Cliff Diver were there too, honest! Will we ever go back though? The finale has been flattened, making a rather enjoyable finale somewhat boring.
