Hodgson's Email:
My legs were sore last night after squash on Wednesday, so I thought I would do a short run just to keep myself ticking over ready for Sunday. Anticipated doing 35-40mins.
I ran up Otley Road to Adel, right at the lights then left onto Church Lane, up to the Cross Roads and right onto King Lane, down to Sainsbury's and back to Headingley via the Ring Road.
I did it at a steady jog, not 'running' by any means. Took me an hour and 6 mins. My legs were killing me afterwards, almost cramping.
After a bath and some food I drove the route to measure it: 7.9miles.
rspKt to me I think.
Techno's Response:
My nuts were sore last night after relentless love making on Wednesday, so I thought I would have a short Tommy tank just to keep myself ticking over ready for Sunday.
Anticipated doing 35-40secs.
I ran up Pages Walk to Grange Road, right at the lights then left onto Bermondsey St, up to the Cross Roads and right onto Long Lane, down to the newsagents and back
to Bermondsey via the Elephant & Castle.
When I got in, I did it at a steady pace, not 'yanking' by any means. Took me 6 secs. My nuts were killing me afterwards, almost cramping.
After a bath and some food I took my kn*b out to measure it : 7.9"
rspKt to me I think.
Laugh? I nearly died...
