Being a friend of the Glen munching duo of Shortbread and Distillery allowed Gav to hone his skills on a Carrera Banshee which he knackered in the process. Soon followed a mail order Hansome Dog frame, which he still has for single speed duties. Next up came a Tomac Eli which he cracked, and then, a Azonic Propulsion. Today he rides a Commencal Meta and enjoys doing the Ten Under The Ben, big days out and local blasts with his two german pointers for company.
The name Team Panda came about after face-planting into a peat bog on the 3 day Highland epic leaving just two big black circles around his eyes whilst the rest of his face came away unscathed.
Being a guest rider for 2 years we instantly knew he would fit in well so we signed him up before any other Team got their grubby mitts on him.
